Hello and welcome - I'm so glad you're here.

I'm Grace - a 25-year-old originally from the UK, now based in the U.S. after moving here four years ago to pursue my passion for women's health and well-being.

Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to work with pregnancy centers across the country, speak at college events, and work one-on one with women. Alongside this, I spent three years running my own nonprofit dedicated to supporting and empowering women - an experience that deeply shaped my understanding of the challenges women face today, especially in relationships.

Through this work, I began to notice a clear gap: women are rarely given practical, honest and empowering education about relationships. Yet relationships play such a central role in our lives. In today's culture, they've often become casual, confusing, and disconnected - leaving many women feeling undervalued or hurt. 

That realization led me to dive deep into relationship education. I've spent countless hours researching, learning, and refining what actually helps women build healthy, secure, and fulfilling relationships - so you don't have to do it alone.
